Terms and Conditions

The MHL Trucks & Trailers platform (the "Platform") is operated by MHL TEST S.R.L., tax ID (CUI) 99999999, Trade Register no. J40/9999/2024, registered office at [Adresa sediului social — de completat], București, România.

• Platform — the website and related services at https://trucks.mhlsq.ro;
• Dealer — a legal entity holding an approved account that publishes sale listings;
• User — anyone visiting the Platform, with or without an account;
• Listing — a vehicle sale offer published by a Dealer.

The Platform is an online listing marketplace: it allows Dealers to publish listings and Users to browse them and contact Dealers.

MHL TEST S.R.L. is not a party to transactions concluded between Dealers and buyers, does not sell vehicles, charges no transaction commissions, does not guarantee the technical condition, history or conformity of listed vehicles, and does not take part in negotiating or performing sale contracts. Responsibility for listing content and for the vehicles sold lies exclusively with the Dealer.

• Dealer accounts are intended exclusively for legal entities that trade vehicles;
• upon registration the Dealer provides true and complete data (company name, tax ID, Trade Register no., contact details) and is responsible for keeping them up to date;
• accounts are subject to manual approval; publishing listings is only possible after approval;
• the Dealer is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity performed through their account.

The Dealer undertakes that every listing:

• accurately and completely describes the vehicle (condition, year, mileage, price, equipment), without misleading information;
• uses real photos of the offered vehicle, for which the Dealer holds usage rights;
• contains no illegal or defamatory content, third-party copyrighted material, or personal data of other persons;
• concerns vehicles the Dealer may legally sell.

The Platform reserves the right to moderate, suspend or delete listings that breach these rules or applicable law, and to suspend or close accounts of Dealers who repeatedly breach these terms, with prior notice where possible.

The Platform's name, logo, design and code belong to MHL TEST S.R.L. or its licensors. Listing content (text, photos) remains the property of Dealers, who grant the Platform a non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce and promote listings within the service.

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, MHL TEST S.R.L. is not liable for:

• the accuracy of listing information or the conduct of Dealers and buyers;
• losses arising from transactions concluded off-Platform;
• temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance, hosting providers or events beyond our control.

Nothing in these terms limits consumers' rights under mandatory legislation.

Any User may report a listing or a Dealer using the report function on the listing page. We review reports promptly and take appropriate measures (correction, suspension, removal).

Consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and use the Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) mechanism under Government Ordinance 38/2015:

Note: the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which is why the Platform no longer displays a link to it.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably or through SAL fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, together with the date of the last update. Significant changes will be communicated to Dealers by e-mail or in-account notification.
